Rick Stein continues his gastronomic travels around Britain and Ireland, in search of the very best food producers, with Chalky the dog for company. Rick goes pilchard fishing off the coast of Cornwall, visits the Abergavenny Food Festival, and goes to the New Forest for mushrooms, demonstrating a delicious wild mushroom risotto. He also visits a West Country cider maker, and an ex-army colonel who now rears free range organic chickens - and conducts a free-range chicken taste test.
