How are these people alowed to get away with running establishments like this??? Where are the H.O's??? Where I work, we spend a small fortune and time, ensuring we keep to strict Health and Hygiene regulations which should be expected in the catering industry. These people who don't should be closed down!!!

Just watched episode 6, the first time I ever seen this programme. It's awful, the presenters really put me off, they are so cheesy, I can't watch it! Plus i'm sure there's something not right with sending undercover assistants (selection format again is rubbish) to deceive their "employer". I'm not saying the restaurants such as Lincontro is good but what the hell is our health and food hygiene council departments doing?????? How can they either not visited or if they have, how can they have missed the toilet that is open to where food is stored and all the other issues etc. They have failed to ensure that restaurants are up to scratch...and we pay taxes to ensure they do check the hygiene in all restaurants.

rogue restaurants? should be renamed rogue restaurants(in or around london) At the beginning of each show, the presenters claim they investigate "up and down the uk" when they clearly dont.

rogue resturants, this evening regarding spirit group pubs comments, yes this happens, the company knows, tight rules about stock audits which are down to managers, if they lose stock due to waste or wrong orders being taken they have to pay for this from they pocket thus pressure, to reuse stock, as company while fine you for bad stock their comments are wrong the pressure on managers intense the company is not bothered only by good stock results and sales and tick boxes, it is not right but happens, if you do not adhere to rules you are fired

rogue restaurants have exposed several restaurants in thier programme which has been a real eye opener.

i would like to know if the little chef restaurants will ever be under cover exposed. we visited one at Bere regis this weekend and the toilets were so disgusting we decided against eating there. we soon found out why they had no customers. I have reported it to thr company and waiting for a reply

Having worked in the type of establishment featured, I can safely say that this is the norm in this part of the catering industry. It is also a sad fact that the people employed in these places are paid minimum wage but expected to perform to high standards under great pressure. To make matters worse, there is also the issue of wages being short nearly every week/month - I know one girl who had 34 hours missing from her monthly pay! There is much more I can add, please contact me on the above email address.

Watched tonight's episode. I've worked for Harvester for 9 yrs, & can say, hand on heart, that the unit in which I work bears absolutely no reflection on the units filmed. Be assured we do HAVE RESPECT for the guest & high standards of health, hygiene & safety are followed at all times. I really hope that other units are not tarred with the same brush.
