J.J. Abram's new series continues to delve into the disturbing, blurring the increasingly fragile line between the possible and impossible.
Tonight there's another bizarre and scary case. The unlikely trio of Dr Walter Bishop (John Noble), his estranged son Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) and FBI special agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv, pictured) are called into action when a horrific incident takes place on a bus, leaving the commuters' corpses encased in an amber-like substance.
Dr Bishop investigates, determined to find an explanation. A fervent believer in unconventional practices, the former psychiatric patient requests a piano to help him process the data. Having already milked a cow, the genius' latest requirement appears positively tame. On top of this, the team uncover a man plagued with premonitions, terrifying visions of future Pattern-related disasters. It's a race against time as they attempt to decipher the distraught man's thoughts before the atrocity takes place. Will their efforts be in vain?
