An intriguing episode in prospect when the property show catches up with Sadie and Simon, one of the fussiest couples that have ever been featured. You may recall that the pair wanted to move from their Bath townhouse to a "dream bungalow", but were less than impressed with everything they were shown. So what's happened since they were featured in 2005? Elsewhere the programme focuses on a mother who wants to downsize. It should be good.

The following preview is courtesy of Channel 4:

It's mix and match this week as Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp (pictured) mount a search for a new home for a downsizing mum in Carlisle, and catch up with a family who they helped to find a dream bungalow in Bath.

In Carlisle, Sheila needs to downsize from a family semi to something smaller, closer to work and more manageable, but a huge question looms over the search: is she ready to let the kids leave the roost? Sheila has a budget of £87,000 and, although her son Chris is looking for a place with friends, will Sheila struggle to push him out of the picture and lose the third bedroom?

Meanwhile, in Bath, Phil catches up with Sadie Yukon and Simon Gwilliam, who were swapping their fabulous city townhouse for more practical accommodation for their three kids and for working from home. They had sold up, had been looking for nearly a year and, with their move date only three weeks away, the pressure was really on!

In an area where property doesn't stay on the market for very long, it was Kirstie and Phil's toughest search yet. The combination of a maximum budget of £440,000 and a very fussy pair pushed Kirstie and Phil to take a risk and show them a dream house... that wasn't even on the open market! Did they manage to secure their fantasy forever family home?
