Every year, two million wildebeest, gazelles and zebras embark on a 1,000km clockwise migration through the Serengeti. Film-makers capture the start of the migration, an annual quest for fresh grass and water that has endured for millennia.
The animals' incredible journey is chronicled, from the birth of almost 400,000 wildebeest calves en route to the communal sleeping habits which require constant vigilance.
